What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead international programme and research coordination in higher education—supporting capacity building, policy dialogue, and multi-stakeholder collaboration through hybrid events, clear reporting, and continuous learning.

I’m a Programme Officer with hands-on experience in international project management, research coordination, and capacity enhancement within intergovernmental organizations. I focus on higher education development across Southeast Asia, East Asia, and Europe, creating the structures that help partners learn, collaborate, and move policy forward.

At SEAMEO RIHED, I initiate and develop activities, concept papers, and project proposals, and I organize seminars, workshops, and meetings with international partners (onsite, hybrid, and online). I’ve successfully led major Convenings and knowledge exchange efforts—organizing 10 Regional Leadership and Researcher Networking Fora for 100+ university leaders and researchers, and 4 Researcher Exchange Programmes supporting 25 researchers from 6 countries.

I also take ownership of complex, multi-stakeholder workstreams: I lead the DAAD-funded Horizon Southeast Asia project on sustainable research governance and leadership, co-lead the Transformative Leadership Workshop on GEDI, and support the British Council-funded Inter-Regional Research Symposium. Previously at AUN, I advanced AUN-QA quality processes (including Programme-Level assessment operations) and helped implement the first Online AUN-QA Programme Assessment during COVID-19.
