What I'm looking for

I seek program or research roles in inclusive development or DEI where I can design and coordinate participatory, rights-based initiatives and support evidence-driven policy and outreach.

I am a recent MA graduate in International Development Studies with hands-on experience in governance, diversity and inclusion, and inclusive development programming across the Asia-Pacific and Global South. I combine strong qualitative research, policy-oriented analysis, and program coordination skills to support equitable, participatory initiatives.

I have supported UN-affiliated initiatives and led research and outreach efforts on inclusive tourism, civic engagement, and gender and human rights issues, producing a master's thesis and a peer-reviewed conference proceeding. My practical experience includes program advising, DEI coordination, talent operations, and advancement-support roles in academic and nonprofit settings.

I bring cross-cultural sensitivity, effective communications, and demonstrated ability to coordinate multi-stakeholder activities. I seek roles where I can apply research-driven program design, strengthen inclusive participation, and contribute to policies and projects that leave no one behind.
