At Kosmosys Solutions, I lead procurement strategy, commercial operations, and business development support for government, defence, airport, data centre, and enterprise infrastructure projects across Fire & Life Safety and ELV solutions.

I've managed annual procurement portfolios exceeding ₹30 Crores, negotiated contracts up to ₹38 Crores, and delivered 18–20% procurement savings through strategic sourcing. My work has supported projects including Central Vista, UIDAI Headquarters, Defence Communication Network, Kannur International Airport, data centres, and Smart City initiatives.

I work closely with engineering, commercial, finance, and project teams to build technically compliant and commercially competitive solutions. I also develop OEM and technology-partner relationships while driving ERP-enabled procurement transformation through GeM, Ariba, and other e-procurement platforms.

Across more than 20 years in procurement, commercial operations, business development, and technical analysis, I've led and mentored cross-functional teams and delivered complex EPC and smart-infrastructure outcomes.
