I'm seeking a stable, customer-facing service delivery or IT operations role where I can lead teams, improve SLAs, own incident and release processes, work with cloud/SaaS platforms, and drive continuous improvement.

I am a service delivery and IT operations professional with approximately 11 years' experience in product and production support, customer-facing roles, and team leadership. I specialize in incident, change and release management for on‑premise and cloud environments.

I have led teams of up to 25 members and handled 14,000+ tickets weekly at BlueStacks, and served as IT Head for Sungrow APAC managing an eight‑member team. As Service Delivery Manager I managed a Top 20 contact‑center customer, overseeing SLAs, RCA, JIRA defect management, releases, and 24x7 production support. I also implemented Zoho CRM/Zoho One and delivered freelance AWS, O365 and Zoho projects.

I hold ITIL v3 and CCNA certifications and bring practical skills in ITSM tools (ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, Zendesk, JIRA), monitoring (Nagios, Zabbix, SolarWinds) and foundational cloud knowledge (AWS/Azure). I'm seeking a stable role where I can drive service excellence, lead cross‑functional teams, and improve operational reliability.
