At Royal Bank Pacific, RBP Finivis & MEGO Forex, I work with prospective B2B clients in France, Canada, Malaysia and the UAE on SaaS, BaaS and payment infrastructure. I map their needs to an offer, follow up, and qualify opportunities in the CRM.
I led the Zoho One implementation for an RBI-licensed forex company, bringing retail, white-label and intern-agent journeys into one system. I built three deal pipelines and four custom modules, and fixed a lead-status data issue so reports count the right stage.
I also designed the B2B outbound engine and WhatsApp intern-agent programme, and produce campaign creative and video using generative AI with a written compliance rulebook. I supervise about ten employees and interns across sales, HR and IT.
