I’m an experienced restaurant Team Leader and Shift Manager with nearly six years of fast-food experience. I focus on strong customer service, consistent food safety, and dependable day-to-day shift execution.

Across my roles, I’ve supervised teams, handled cash and bank deposits, managed inventory, and supported restaurant opening/closing procedures. I also bring a training mindset—preparing employees to perform confidently while maintaining quality standards.

In my current leadership role, I lead daily restaurant operations, ensure food safety and quality, and manage closing procedures. I’m still completing high school and I’m motivated to keep growing into bigger operations and people-leadership responsibilities.
