I’m looking to lead end-to-end customer success and AI product adoption for strategic accounts—owning onboarding to renewals/expansion, running executive QBRs, and partnering with Product to turn field insights into the roadmap and measurable outcomes.

I’m a Senior Customer Success Manager with 7 years owning the post-sale motion across B2B and B2C accounts. I currently lead customer success for AI agent deployments at AI Library, turning complex implementations into measurable customer outcomes.

I’m strong across onboarding and time-to-value, adoption-driven success planning, executive QBRs, renewals, and expansion. For strategic enterprise accounts—especially those needing deep product configuration and CXO-level stakeholder management—I map customer health to business outcomes and run structured 30-60-90 day plans that keep momentum.

At AI Library, I owned the Burger Singh deployment end to end (180+ outlets across 75+ cities) and drove a 2x lead-to-franchisee conversion uplift within 90 to 120 days. I also translate customer workflows into production prompts for Dekoder, and I lead adoption for AI invoice processing for Times Group by partnering with finance and operations stakeholders through scoping, integration, configuration, and adoption.

Earlier, I led marketing and communications from the Founder’s Office at BellaVita and managed accounts at iarani.ai—from onboarding and delivery to renewals, escalation resolution, and expansion opportunity shaping. Before that, as a Production Manager, I produced 2,000+ executive video podcasts, sharpening stakeholder communication and narrative-building—skills I apply directly in customer kickoffs, QBRs, and reference-account storytelling.
