At Generic Engineering & Technologies (GET), I maintained IT support and network connectivity across multiple enterprise sites. I administered Windows Server 2016, Active Directory, and Group Policies, and maintained FortiGate firewalls and site-to-site IPsec VPNs.
I also deployed and troubleshot AVAYA IP phone systems, verified daily backups and disaster recovery protocols, and coordinated with external vendors to meet internal SLAs.
Previously, at ITCC (SASCO Group), I supported desktops, production servers, and remote sites. I worked with Windows Server environments, Active Directory, VPN connectivity, and Dell SonicWall firewall rulesets, and assisted with IT security and access control initiatives.
