Founded and product-owned a privacy-by-design mobile application enabling private, peer-to-peer collaboration with encryption and privacy-policy-based sharing. Completed an Android app prototype for open beta testing and subsequently closed the initiative due to funding constraints.

Co-founded a startup and set up operations including legal/IP framework, market prioritization, and demand projection. Secured IP assets (patents and trademarks) and established partnerships with legal, testing, and certification service providers.

Represented IBM smarter cities solutions across multiple IBM products and technologies for prospects in India and South Asia. Coordinated cross-brand, cross-technology teams, delivered demonstrations, and drafted proposals aligned to client functional and technical needs.

Led a portal initiative to engage client risk managers via online and social media channels. Conducted employee perception research across multiple territories and authored thought papers on social media campaign effectiveness and mobile payments impacts, including creating assessment toolkits for channel penetration strategy.

Implemented distributed control systems for major steel makers in India, including PLC-based commissioning. Later moved into power plant automation solution selling and contributed to instrumentation/cabling documentation, P&ID finalization, and pan-India bid preparation.
