At Anakin, I run the technical half of the enterprise sales cycle across LATAM, Southeast Asia, the Middle East and Europe, from discovery and scoping through POCs, pilots and production. I converted 50% of 23 free POCs and 10 paid pilots; the won accounts represented $600K in new ARR.
I built an LLM inference layer over a structured knowledge base and integrated it with Google Workspace, halving the commercial team’s time spent producing proposals and pitch decks. I also led a seven-member analyst team to match 0.2M products across competitor platforms for a leading India quick-commerce client, and co-led GDPR certification with engineering.
Earlier at Anakin, I worked in customer success, growing the largest account by 18% and supporting SMB accounts worth $720K in annual revenue. At Cochin Shipyard Limited, I cut procurement cycle time by 15%; during my MBA internship at Littler Associates, I researched India’s RTC/RTE market and built a growth–share matrix across 17 categories.
