I am an Assistant Manager at a retail bank responsible for leading an area team of about 50 staff across six branches, managing recruitment, employee engagement and HR functions. I take ownership for collection efficiency and operational controls in my area.
I drive business development, customer satisfaction and external relations while performing pro-active monitoring, evaluation and periodical reviews of branches. I am responsible for reporting, business analysis and implementing control measures to improve performance.
I hold an MBA (Marketing & HRM) and completed an internship researching investors' perceptions toward stock market investment, where I performed primary research and analysis. My academic background supports my focus on marketing, HR and analytic reporting.
I have coordinated events and participated in industry visits and competitions, and I bring strong team-building, communication and leadership skills. I speak Bengali, English, Hindi and Assamese and enjoy singing, sports and gardening outside work.
