Owned full UX overhaul for Blue Yonder’s legacy Rate Management engine and led agentic AI integration for Tariff Services, reducing navigation time from 17s to 5s and task completion from 12 clicks to 4. Designed conversational UX and human-in-the-loop controls using Claude, plus an AI integration framework for phased rollout in live operational workflows.

Redesigned Customer Order Visibility workflows and information architecture to reduce cognitive load for operations users, applying WCAG 2.2 and progressive disclosure patterns. Reimagined Return and Exchange UX with Bundle Return and Substitution flows and built configuration UI from existing APIs with developer-ready specs and Storybook-aligned documentation.

Built a COX Communications MVP from scratch, running stakeholder discovery, defining information architecture, and designing end-to-end UX for alarm configuration settings. Created a Figma design system with Storybook handoff to development and led junior designers through reviews and quality standards.

Led end-to-end UI/UX across three fintech products, owning design systems, personas, information architecture, user flows, and UI visuals. Partnered with development teams on handoff and implementation, and mentored junior designers while also producing brand illustrations and social media assets.
