I'm looking for a quality, customer experience, or sales support role where I can use call audits, coaching, reporting, root cause analysis, and process improvement to strengthen customer interactions and business results.

At Jindal Intellicom (JindalX), I monitored sales calls and customer interactions, audited them against quality and compliance standards, and used reporting, calibration, and coaching to improve customer handling.
