What I'm looking for

I want to support teams through coordinated project delivery, strong M&E and reporting, and effective stakeholder engagement—using my research and analytics skills to help projects learn, adapt, and deliver real impact.

I’m a detail-oriented sociology graduate from Hawassa University, with a strong foundation in research methods, social policy & planning, and development studies. My academic work strengthened both quantitative and qualitative analysis, along with clear communication of findings.

Through independent study and field-based research practice, I applied sampling design, questionnaire development, and data analysis for survey projects. I also practiced Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) and prepared written reports and presentations that translate evidence into actionable insights.

I’m especially motivated by project environments where coordination and learning matter. I’ve coordinated logistics and scheduling for student academic activities and peer study sessions, drafting meeting notes, summaries, and communication materials—work that sharpened my organizational skills and attention to detail.

I’m eager to contribute to GIZ’s Support to the Transitional Justice Process (S2TJ) project by supporting event coordination, M&E, reporting, and stakeholder engagement. I bring hands-on capability with KoBoToolbox, SPSS, Stata, and MS Office/Google Workspace, and I approach collaboration with adaptability, professionalism, and a strong focus on impact.
