I am a results-driven program and partnership management professional with over 2 years of proven experience in strategic project and event management, compliance management, and evidence-based advocacy focusing on human rights. My interdisciplinary academic background in human rights and international law has equipped me with excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills, enabling me to effectively manage partnerships and drive impactful initiatives.

Throughout my career, I have successfully overseen various projects, including developing social media strategies and conducting qualitative research that informs policy advocacy. My role as Program Management Head at the Ethiopian Human Rights Council allowed me to foster multi-stakeholder collaboration and enhance organizational visibility, ensuring sustainable project outcomes. I am passionate about leveraging my skills to contribute to meaningful change and promote human rights across Ethiopia and beyond.
