What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an IT support or network-focused role where I can solve technical issues, keep learning new technology, and contribute at my best.

I'm currently supporting network and service delivery at PT Cyberindo Aditama (CBN), building on more than five years of IT help desk and support experience.

Across education, travel, and technology environments, I've troubleshot computers and printers, installed Windows, configured networks and print servers, monitored PABX and CCTV, maintained websites, and supported identity and access management. I enjoy IT because there is always something new to learn, and I do my best to work at my optimal level.
