What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can support IT infrastructure, troubleshoot networks and user issues, and improve administrative workflows through organized documentation and remote collaboration.

I manage school-wide IT infrastructure, hardware, software, local networks, Wi-Fi, and user support as the sole IT Administrator at MTs Ma'arif NU Tanggulangin.

At AlifNET Group, I resolved customer connectivity issues, installed network equipment, configured routers and access points, and maintained customer databases and ticketing documentation.

I also support administrative operations through official correspondence, digital archiving, accreditation document auditing, and executive document management. I'm currently studying Information Systems at State University of Surabaya.
