I've supported daily IT operations at PT. SIGIT MEDIKA SEJAHTERA since July 2022, managing EMR systems, resolving hardware and software issues, and maintaining network connectivity.
Previously, I delivered IT and network support through Jatayu Catra Internusa projects at BBPK Ciloto Kemenkes RI and PT. Air Products Cikarang. My work included internet network maintenance, VPS colocation servers, infrastructure monitoring, PABX development, project drawings, and network performance analysis.
I've been learning and working in IT since 2020, with a Bachelor of Information Technology education in progress.
