Let me introduce myself I have extensive experience and skills in the field of Oligonucleotide, Aptamer and small molecule drug discovery, I was working as Aptamer Chemist in an institute for the advancement of Chinese medicine (Aptacure), Hong Kong Aptamer Group.

Projects completed so far in the areas of oligonucleotides and aptamers are Aptamer PROTAC, Cage PROTAC, Covalent Aptamer, Aptamer drug Conjugates, multivalent Aptamer, Aptamer SELEX (Pre & Post SELEX), Functional Aptamer, Redox active oligonucleotide, functional Oligonucleotide, functional DNA nanostructures and Peptide Nucleic Acid, Artificial DNA base synthesis, Linear and Cyclic Peptides, redox switch for controlled drug delivery, etc., in the field of drug discovery and development for various malignancies and bone illnesses.

I was working in the field of drug discovery since receiving my master's degree and completed the research projects related to the chemistry of nucleic acids and peptides throughout his PhD program, and after graduation, I moved on to post-doctoral work on the synthesis of artificial DNA bases and the development of aptamers.

I have a strong experimental experience on Organic synthesis and oligonucleotides (DNA, RNA and enzyme) with the analyzing and amplification techniques including gel electrophoresis and RT-PCR, SELEX, SPR., etc
