Lead and manage a team of chemists, ensuring compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and laboratory safety standards. Prepare weekly updates for ongoing projects and communicate with clients (FTE, FFS etc.).

Planned, designed, and synthesized new projects on nucleotides, carbohydrates, aliphatic, and aromatic scaffolds. Participated in client meetings, presenting progress reports and planning future collaborations.

Managed a project focused on sulfated carbohydrates for Alzheimer's disease applications, including literature search, design, and synthesis of sulfated sugar analogs. Operated various lab instruments and utilized analytical techniques for data collection.

Worked on cram projects as an executive, responsible for project planning and execution, including the synthesis of target molecules and analysis. Coordinated with the ADL team and troubleshooted synthesis problems.

Worked on process development of drug compounds such as Losartan and Irbesartan, designing cost-effective methods for bulk production. Developed standard operating procedures (SOP) and process documents, and managed technology transfer.

Completed a project on the synthesis of Gangliosides and Glycoproteins for biological assay under the supervision of Prof. S. Y. Luo. Achieved a GPA of 4.21 and a graduation grade of 90.7.

Studied Drug Chemistry at P.V.P college, Pravaranagar, affiliated with Pune University. Gained expertise in various aspects of drug chemistry.
