I lead rigorous STEM editorial workflows and scientific communications.

At JoVE, I orchestrate scientific evaluation and editorial workflows for multidisciplinary STEM manuscripts and video protocols. I supported growth from 1,355 to 2,236 annual submissions, helped publish 1,290 text articles, 170 video articles, and 3,542 scientific videos, and reduced submission-to-acceptance timelines by 27%.

I've also edited complex pharmaceutical sciences manuscripts at Cactus Communications, improving scientific flow, terminology, and structural coherence for ESL/EFL authors pursuing international publication.

My research background spans medicinal chemistry, oncology, molecular pharmacology, metabolomics, and drug discovery. I established mammalian cell culture and molecular pharmacology laboratories at VIT University, mentored graduate researchers, and led anticancer screening, SAR analysis, molecular modeling, and IND-facing work in industry.

With a Ph.D. in Medicinal Chemistry and postdoctoral research at UNC Chapel Hill and Michigan State University, I bring scientific rigor to peer review, evidence synthesis, academic writing, and science communication.
