What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a biotechnology research role where I can apply molecular and cellular techniques, contribute to experimental research, and continue growing in gene regulation, cancer biology, and bio-analytics.

I'm a biotechnology postgraduate and BSc Biotechnology Gold Medalist focused on molecular and cellular research, including gene regulation, DNA damage responses, and bioactive compounds.

At Bhabha Atomic Research Centre, I completed dissertation research on how small-molecule splicing modulators affect nascent transcription in MCF-7 breast cancer cells. I integrated transcriptional regulation, splicing modulation, and radiation-induced DNA damage response in a single-cell model system.

At Jawaharlal Nehru University, I investigated fenugreek-derived compounds as potential inhibitors of insulin amyloid aggregation and worked on controlled silver nanoparticle synthesis.

I've also improved cholesterol oxidase yield by 25% through fungal endophyte screening, published research on antimicrobial peptides in tuberculosis, and work hands-on with FACS, PCR, ELISA, confocal microscopy, cell culture, and chromatography.
