At PopVax, I build and standardize end-to-end mRNA production workflows, supporting reproducible 15–20 mg-scale production and up to 30 mg per run. I've improved RNA yield, integrity, and consistency to achieve approximately 95% purity in routine analytical runs.
I lead recombinant protein and antibody production, resolve mammalian expression and secretion challenges, and established in-house GPC3 antigen, antibody, and minibinder production alongside an initial phage-display platform. I also develop SOPs, support cell-bank activities, and train junior scientists.
My research at CDFD and IACS focused on bacterial transcription regulation, combining biochemical, genetic, biophysical, transcriptomic, and computational approaches. During my Ph.D., I developed a framework explaining close to 60% of variation in genome-wide transcription-termination data and built genetic screens spanning approximately 30,000 bacterial colonies.
