I am an organic synthesis and medicinal chemist with over 19 years of experience in designing, synthesizing, and scaling New Chemical Entities for pharmaceutical development.

I have led route development and multi-kilogram scale-up efforts for IND-enabling studies, developed cost-effective processes for APIs, and supported GMP plant transfers.

As a registered Indian patent agent (IN/PA-6147), I combine scientific innovation with intellectual property strategy, performing prior-art searches, freedom-to-operate analyses and patent drafting.

I have managed small teams and cross-functional projects, worked on ADC linkers, BTK inhibitors, anti-inflammatory NCEs, peptide synthesis and analytical characterization (NMR, HPLC, LC-MS), and I continuously pursue process improvement and scalable solutions.
