At the Institute of Animal Health and Veterinary Biologicals, I performed multiplex PCR on 30 clinical samples for pathogen detection, isolated and quantified RNA, and analyzed amplification results through agarose gel electrophoresis. I also assisted with chitosan nanoparticle synthesis and observed qPCR, ELISA, and SDS-PAGE workflows.

I'm a Biotechnology undergraduate who combines molecular biology with bioinformatics, molecular docking, and basic machine learning. My projects include classifying ALL and AML from leukemia gene-expression microarray data using Random Forest and SVM, investigating Ficus religiosa for bacterial soft rot management, and identifying potential PCSK9 inhibitors from Coleus forskohlii.
