What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote role where I can own operations and analytics, building KPI dashboards, improving CRM workflows, and supporting teams while maintaining HIPAA compliance. I offer reliable US overlap and work well juggling a bit of everything.

I like learning and solving problems using what I know: Zoho CRM, Advanced Excel, Power BI, Python, and SQL. I like building systems, organizing the mess, and answering the tough questions hidden behind messy data.

I've been working for 7+ years, and for the past 4 years I've worked with US companies remotely on EST. I started in data entry, moved through annotation and US healthcare, and I'm now focused on operations, building KPI reports and BI dashboards, structured SOPs, tracking progress, training and leading teams, and supporting management.

I've managed 1,000+ Zoho CRM records, removing duplicates, automating follow-ups, and generating management reports. I've led and trained a cross-functional teams, handled US healthcare insurance claims with accuracy, and QA-checked large-scale datasets for AI/ML training, all while keeping workflows HIPAA-compliant.

I've always worn multiple hats, and honestly my titles don't justify the work I've put in. I'm known for learning fast and staying organized. I've worked mostly with startups and you know how it goes: you do a bit of everything.
