What I'm looking for
I’m an operations and program leader who builds organizations “from the ground up,” owning end-to-end delivery, systems, and team execution. I’ve managed $200k+ operating budgets, scaled teams from 0 to 25+, and helped drive strong commercial outcomes, including $110k in Year-1 revenue ($200k projected Year-2) through flagship programs.
In my current role, I founded and operationalized an education startup—setting up 501(c)/LLC structures, financial systems, and end-to-end administrative infrastructure while recruiting and leading a 20-person team across 8 departments. I architected applicant-lifecycle automation in Zapier across 15 intake forms, 8 integrations, and 12 relational tables, eliminating 8–10 hours per week of manual data entry and removing transcription errors.
I also build “queryable” systems that cut operational friction: I created a centralized Control Center consolidating applications, payments, medical records, and enrollments, reducing record-lookup time from 5 minutes to seconds. Previously, I managed multi-state insurance client portfolios, sold $2.5M in policy premiums, and onboarded 32 agents, and I scaled an Islamic center’s project and event operations—growing event throughput 430% (20 to 80) and achieving 90% weekly retention.
