I developed conversational AI and NLP solutions at Observe.AI, working with Python, Generative AI, APIs, ML workflows, testing, debugging, and feature optimization.

I've also contributed to software development at Last9, supporting application features through testing, debugging, Git, and API-based development workflows.

I build predictive AI systems, including engines for sports outcomes, travel destination forecasting, and human decision prediction. My project work uses Python, XGBoost, LSTM, PyTorch, Transformers, recommendation systems, geospatial ML, time-series ML, and Bayesian ML.

Alongside engineering, I've managed international leads and CRM pipelines at University Living and advised students and parents at NNIIT. I bring practical experience in client relationships, consultations, negotiations, conversions, and team leadership.
