I designed, built, and now operate Ecomtel Call Center’s internal web application end to end, using TypeScript, React, PostgreSQL, Docker, REST APIs, authentication, and permissions. I maintain and refactor it as business requirements change, including schema migrations and production debugging.

When systems fail, I reproduce the issue, read logs and stack traces, isolate the root cause, and fix it across React, SQL, Linux, servers, networks, and telephony. My foundation includes algorithms, a Master’s thesis implementing federated learning in Python, and technical documentation and user training in English and French.
