I designed and deployed a production lead-generation and supplier-distribution platform for UK trade services, managing the lead lifecycle from intake and supplier matching through payment and fulfilment. I built 20+ automation workflows across integrated systems, including Airtable, Stripe, Twilio, SendGrid, Webflow and Xero.

At Artificial Grass Cleaning UK, I architected an automation-led operating system spanning sales, bookings, contractor assignments and operational reporting. I built two native iOS apps and connected them with a Supabase/PostgreSQL backend, Make.com workflows, Google Apps Script and a Retool dashboard.
