What I'm looking for
I’m a research-driven social work professional who partners direct clinical work with program evaluation to improve outcomes for people. In my current role as a Clinical Case Manager II, I conduct biopsychosocial assessments, document in an EHR to evaluate participant needs and risk factors, and coordinate care across multidisciplinary teams.
Previously, I supported large-scale, compliance-focused program operations while strengthening data quality and reporting—using HMIS to analyze outcomes and service utilization trends, managing a $200,000 Rapid ReHousing budget, and training new staff on documentation and outcome tracking. My background also includes trauma-informed policy research, grant writing and proposal development, systematic review support with reference management in EndNote, and resettlement services coordination through AmeriCorps.
