I’m a detail-oriented professional with a strong customer service foundation, currently working as a per diem Security Officer while keeping patients, visitors, and employees safe and maintaining a clean environment to DNV and NJ DOH standards. I use teamwork daily to support hospital safety and smooth day-to-day operations.
Before that, I served as a Lab Assistant Intern, analyzing large datasets and conducting in-depth research on customer and industry preference. I also handled lab equipment and materials and maintained a clean, safe environment aligned with OSHA and ANSI standards.
I’ve built customer-facing experience across several roles, including Sales Associate work where I managed secure cash transactions and supported customers with specifications of different materials, tools, and heavy equipment. I also worked as a Teacher/Aide, organizing educational and recreational activities and maintaining sanitized care for children, and I attended GCIT’s engineering program for four years while considering further education in engineering.
