What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an HR role where I can own the employee life cycle—recruitment, employee relations, performance support, and payroll/leave processing—to improve strategic business outcomes through strong processes and stakeholder communication.

I’m a Human Resource Generalist responsible for creating processes to enhance strategic business outcomes. My background includes recruitment, employee relation, employee development, and compensation.

I’ve supported the entire employee life cycle, including effective management, employee grievances, and maintaining employee relations. I’m experienced in preparing and filling monthly statutory compliances and labour welfare activities.

I also handle compensation and pay benefits, performance management support, payroll processing, and leave and attendance management. I bring excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, strong HRMS use, and clear verbal & written communication to improve day-to-day HR effectiveness.
