What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an HR role where I can support employee engagement, onboarding, HR operations, workforce reporting, and process improvement while growing into an HR Business Partner role.

At Amazon, I supported HR operations for 500+ Sort Center associates, resolving MyVoice queries, coordinating onboarding, improving time and attendance accuracy, and supporting payroll and roster management. I built the ALFA Pool Health Tracker and Break Adherence Analytics & Intervention Playbook, turning workforce data into standing site processes and targeted corrective actions.

I'm pursuing an MBA in HR and Marketing and bring additional experience in stakeholder engagement, structured reporting, compliance-focused documentation, and outreach program delivery through Gurugram Police, AFSL, and CFSL internships. I enjoy building people-first, data-driven HR processes across cross-functional teams.
