Aasia Ehsan

I’m currently studying the Certificate III in Information Technology (Cyber Security), building hands-on skills in IT support, networking, and troubleshooting. I’m also enrolled in the North Metropolitan TAFE Certificate IV in Cyber Security, with the goal of applying what I’m learning in a professional IT environment.

I bring practical experience from coursework and projects, including LIVEWORKS Project “Guess_My_Word,” where I implemented core game functionality in Python, added word validation using a dictionary file, and designed the scoring algorithm. I’m confident supporting IT infrastructure by installing and configuring software, setting up new devices, and troubleshooting desktops, laptops, tablets, and mobile devices.

I communicate clearly with users, document troubleshooting steps, and help explain technical concepts in a way that reduces frustration. I’m careful with personally identifiable and workplace information, and I follow IP, ethics, and privacy policies while identifying and reporting online security threats to maintain system integrity.
