What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an HR Operations, People Management, or People Operations role where I can apply operational leadership, employee-focused processes, mentoring, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management.

I've led day-to-day people management, service delivery, and operational standards as Director of Business Operations at Aura Bloom Interior Pvt. Ltd.

I founded and grew a client-facing team, coordinating employees, vendors, contractors, architects, and suppliers to keep projects on scope, budget, and timeline. I also resolve stakeholder concerns, negotiate procurement relationships, and maintain quality and compliance standards.
