What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead technical support, onboarding, QA, and AI product improvement work where I can improve customer experience, collaborate with technical teams, and build efficient support processes.

At Operator Labs, I support US-based clients using an AI voice bot, evaluate bot calls, refine prompt strategies, and work with AI engineers to improve responses and user experience.

Previously, at iENGINEERING and PayActiv, I handled end-user support, client onboarding, API testing, Salesforce reporting, AWS/Zabbix monitoring, QA processes, and requirements gathering. I've supervised a team of seven, built QA processes from scratch, and was a top performer at iENGINEERING for four consecutive quarters.
