At Health & Hospital Corporation / MCPHD, I served as the client-side project manager for a Cerner-to-Epic cloud migration, partnering with the vendor’s project manager and helping manage third-party integration vendors. I facilitated clinical workflow design for 20+ departments in support of HIPAA-compliance requirements.
I also directed 25+ major IT projects across public health and healthcare operations, including an Office 365 cloud migration and security initiatives involving Duo 2FA and Microsoft BitLocker. I contributed to projects within a multi-million-dollar IT portfolio and reported to senior executives.
As an independent consultant, I coach individuals and small businesses on practical generative AI use, produce and edit video, and help with websites and online shops. Earlier, I facilitated Agile delivery and project work across healthcare, finance, technology, and other client organizations.
