What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead construction field operations where I can build strong crews, maintain strict safety and quality standards, manage schedules and budgets, and deliver complex water, wastewater, industrial, commercial, or oil and gas projects.

I'm currently managing water infrastructure projects with Dugan & Meyers / Baker Water, coordinating foremen, subcontractors, RPRs, project managers, budgets, schedules, logistics, turnover walkdowns, and six-week look-ahead plans.

Across Clark Construction, Archer Western, Pueblo Mechanical, and Sundt Construction, I've led day-to-day field operations for water and wastewater facilities, piping, headworks, chemical buildings, and yard piping. I keep work aligned with plans and specifications, resolve drawing and field issues, support QA/QC, maintain daily reporting, and ensure crews have the materials and direction needed to work safely and efficiently.

With 25-plus years in construction, I've also managed pipeline operations, bids, staffing, inspections, shutdown scopes, safety meetings, budgets, materials, SAP planning, and P6 scheduling. I build and mentor crews with a committed focus on strict safety standards, quality, and practical problem solving.
