At Mooring USA, I oversaw a $1.3M fire restoration of a 120,000-square-foot aerospace facility in California, coordinating demolition, reconstruction, MEP trades, subcontractors, and final build-out while maintaining a seven-day onsite presence.

At Banyan Construction, I delivered nationwide Sola Salons renovations and interior buildouts ranging from 20 to 45 suites and $2.2M to $3.8M. I managed bidding, change orders, project costs, budgets, multiple trades, permitting requirements, and client expectations across diverse markets.

As Owner/PM at NTX Developers, I manage the business and field sides of residential and light-commercial construction, including budgets, schedules, procurement, inspections, subcontractor performance, and client relationships. I bring 15+ years of construction leadership and a record of maintaining zero OSHA violations on projects under my supervision.
