@fredcooley
Seasoned construction superintendent driving on-time, on-budget multifamily projects.
What I'm looking for
I am a construction superintendent with 25+ years leading multifamily, mixed-use and commercial builds, managing teams from site development through turnkey delivery. I consistently deliver large projects on time and within budget while maintaining strict quality control.
My hands-on background spans site development, structural concrete and wood framing, and I supervise subcontractors, daily crews and project schedules using Procore, Bluebeam, Timberline and Microsoft 365 tools. I have led multiple $30M–$50M projects and overseen portfolios totaling hundreds of units and over $250M in builds.
I prioritize safety, cost control and clear communication with owners, architects, municipalities and trade partners, implementing zero-injury safety programs and rigorous inspection protocols to ensure standards and successful turnovers.
