What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a senior executive role in aviation training, flight simulation or airline general management.

At Ram Academy, I lead the Royal Air Maroc group's corporate training academy across pilot and staff programmes. I recovered 11.2 million MAD in outstanding customer receivables and reduced operating costs by more than 30% while maintaining training volume and quality.

At CasaAero SA, the Royal Air Maroc and Boeing joint venture, I managed the Boeing 737 (CL/NG) full-flight simulator centre. It recorded zero unscheduled downtime over six and a half years, delivered recurrent training for more than 300 pilots, and generated approximately EUR 2M in annual revenue.

I doubled available cash at CasaAero SA from MAD 60M to MAD 120M and enabled a MAD 20M distribution to shareholders. I also developed third-party customers across Southern Europe, the Middle East, the Maghreb and West Africa.

Earlier at Royal Air Maroc, I worked in procurement and managed insurance and legal matters for the group. I'm an actuary-statistician by training, and I seek a senior executive role in aviation training, flight simulation or airline general management.
