What I'm looking for

I’m looking to continue leading research and technology-transfer projects at the intersection of multidisciplinary optimization, model reduction, and decision making—partnering with industry and mentoring teams to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions.

I’m a Full Professor in applied mathematics and engineering at Mohammed V University - Rabat. My work centers on multidisciplinary optimization, concurrent optimization, model reduction, and decision making, with the goal of turning advanced methods into practical solutions.

I earned my master degree from Pierre and Marie Curie University (Paris 6) in Numerical Analysis, and I completed my Ph.D. from INRIA Sophia Antipolis with a thesis on “Hierarchical algorithms and game strategies for multidisciplinary optimization.” After post-doctoral research at Institut Pprime (CNRS / ENSMA / Université de Poitiers), I taught at the University of Avignon and then worked as a scientist researcher at Ecole Centrale Paris.

In parallel with my academic roles, I’ve led technology transfer impact as Project Lead, MyMDO (2021-2025) and have served as Invited Researcher and Visiting/Invited Professor internationally. I’ve authored 80+ publications, contributed patents and technical reports, and supported research leadership through roles such as General Chair of TSC-ENG and Co-chair of IEEE ICTMOD and NISS.
