I’m looking for a role where I can operate like a founder’s office generalist—owning growth through analytics, pricing/negotiation visibility, and building the operating layer that keeps teams aligned and execution moving.

I’m a Strategy & Operations professional with hands-on Business Intelligence Analyst experience across business intelligence, process design, and cross-functional execution in consulting and enterprise environments.

I partner with commercial, purchasing, Salesforce, digital transformation, and analytics teams to turn ambiguity into clearer visibility—building dashboards, operational systems, and governance frameworks that teams can actually use. I developed Power BI solutions for pricing transparency and negotiation readiness, including a price positioning tool and a negotiation dashboard that track commercial levers and performance drivers.

Previously, I’ve strengthened operating execution through research and operations improvement: I conducted market and competitor analysis to shape leadership recommendations, stabilized delivery through a future-state operating model (25% efficiency improvement), and built a resource utilisation/capacity system from scratch that improved delivery efficiency by 15%.
