ZenaWell is an early-stage Medical AI & Health Data Platform focused on bringing fragmented health information — including medical records, laboratory results, medications, and health history — into one connected and structured context.

FMCSA-regulated electronic logging platform serving 2,000-3,000 US carriers and ~20,000 drivers. One of 3 backend engineers owning 10-14 services end-to-end. Migrated 20-25 data domains from Couchbase to CockroachDB, cutting read/write latency from ~160-250ms to 5-17ms. Replaced Supabase Auth with self-hosted Keycloak in 6-8 weeks with zero downtime across a 4-5 realm identity model.

Fiat-to-stablecoin (USDT/USDC) exchange platform; 1 of 2 backend engineers taking an inherited codebase live. Cut query latency on payment and exchange-rate endpoints by ~87-90% by redesigning the AWS RDS PostgreSQL schema and indexing strategy. Built IAM on Cognito with async processing through Lambda and SQS, and refactored the exchange and card-acquiring flows to live transactions.

Payme, Uzbekistan's national payment ecosystem (Humo, Uzcard, Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay), ~1M to ~2M active users. One of 2 backend engineers in a 25-person product team. Extracted 8 services from the monolith into NestJS microservices over JSON-RPC and Kafka under peak platform load of ~8-10k req/sec. Cut latency ~46% on financial monitoring via MongoDB aggregation rewrites and Redis caching.

Shared identity and multi-region messaging layer for Yara's global agritech platform (~2-3M user accounts). One of 2 backend engineers on a 20-person team. Built SMS/email delivery reaching 160 countries, routing between Twilio, Textlocal and Africa's Talking by market. Migrated 5 authorization services from Express.js to NestJS and cut notification processing time 20% via anti-spam filtering.

Team collaboration and project-management platform built on a 35-service architecture; one of 5 developers on a 10-person team. Cut API response times 30-40% with PostgreSQL indexing, table partitioning, materialized views and Redis caching. Built inter-service communication over gRPC and RabbitMQ, and integrated Stripe payment flows and AWS S3 storage.

Configurable CRM platform for energy-sector companies. Backend-leaning full-stack role, one of 5 engineers on a 15-person team, in a polyglot codebase where NestJS services integrated with Java components over Kafka. Built NestJS services for financial-reporting workflows backed by Oracle SQL, worked across a React/ExtJS frontend and expanded unit test coverage.

Two client projects — a MedTech web application and a CRM system — covering backend APIs, database design and frontend work. Designed PostgreSQL and MongoDB schemas from scratch and built authentication and authorization with Node.js, Express.js, Auth0 and JWT. Built business logic alongside React/Redux components, wiring data through REST and GraphQL/Apollo.
