At Proxied, I built payments infrastructure for ~10k customers, supporting subscriptions, one-time charges, and invoices through several payment providers. I also designed an event-driven scheduler that creates or cancels BullMQ jobs as data changes.

I led the move to Domain-Driven Design at Proxied, splitting 1,500+ line service files into bounded contexts. I also built a notification service for email, SMS, Telegram, and in-app sockets.

At Medicloud, I built clinical REST APIs used in 2 clinics and led the migration from Express to Nest.js. I cut a clinical API query from 6–7 seconds to under 2 seconds by investigating query plans and adding composite indexes.
