At Central Gaming and Entertainment Cooperative, I participated in opening the bar, preparing the workspace, and selecting and purchasing equipment and tableware. I also developed and tested menu items and organized bar operations and workflows.
I currently work as a Barista there, where I communicate with suppliers and partner companies and help recruit and train the bar team.
Before that, I worked as a Barista / Senior Barista at La Cantine. I served customers, advised them on the menu, trained staff, monitored beverage and service quality, and handled customer complaints.
At B&B coffee house, I progressed through four positions, from Waiter to Senior Barista. I supported new employees, coordinated daily tasks, and helped maintain customer service and product quality.
