I’m looking to lead AI/ML and localization/global CX products end-to-end—owning strategy, metrics, and cross-functional delivery—to scale platforms, cut costs, improve efficiency, and deliver clear business impact.

I’m an AI/ML Platforms product leader with 10+ years building and scaling enterprise AI products. I focus on turning product strategy into measurable business outcomes—revenue growth, cost savings, and operational efficiency.

At Yandex, I lead AI-first localization and Global CX initiatives across 150+ products and 50+ languages, integrating TMS/CAT/Translation Memory, MT, and LLM + LQA pipelines. I also own an enterprise context platform for AI agents and transformed internal BI reporting from reactive dashboard support to proactive product-led metric change detection.

Previously at Avito, I ran a portfolio of 45 IT services for 2,500+ support operators and introduced LLM-powered operator assistants and queue routing, improving AHT by 5% and operational efficiency by 6pp while building a 26-person product team. Earlier, I delivered +$25M incremental annual revenue in logistics optimization and saved $1M+ annually through ITSM/ITAM migration work.
