I'm building my IT support career on a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology and the Google IT Support Professional Certificate completed through Coursera.

Through the Google IT Support curriculum, I've developed training in technical support fundamentals, computer hardware, software installation, and troubleshooting. I've also worked with networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and network troubleshooting.

I'm prepared to support Windows and Linux environments, including user accounts, permissions, and file systems.

I'm seeking an IT support opportunity where I can apply my education and certificate-based training while gaining hands-on experience in a professional technical environment.
