I'm looking for a Senior Product Manager role, remote or based in the EU or UK, at a product-driven company where I can work with talented people, take real ownership, and create tangible value for users and the business.

At OZON, I launched and scaled a fully digital B2B factoring product for SMEs, reaching paying customers in three months and cutting the deal cycle from 155 days to one day. I led product vision, delivery, onboarding, scoring, sales processes, and integrations across a team of 8 and around 20 stakeholders.

Previously at Raiffeisen Bank, I improved international transactions and currency control for 40,000+ SME clients, reducing contact-center load by 24.4% and increasing retention by 52%. I combine full-cycle product management with hands-on research, having conducted 200+ interviews and UX tests to turn user insight into measurable product improvements.
